Deane Church Hall
The latest news about the Memorial Hall is that it closed on 31st December 2009 and will be demolished early in 2010. Planning Permission has been granted for a new hall, to be called Deane Church Hall on the same footprint as the old one. There will be several rooms including an office, kitchen area, toilets and large function hall.
This building will be a focal point in the area for local residents who we hope will use the facilities.
Much of the funding is coming from within the church but we are open to contributions from all sources.
